I was a devoted Exiler coated string user. I couldn't get the strings I usually get so I opted for these. I purchased them individually. I must say that this is a perfect combo. I'm impressed with the nice round, darker tone than the Exilers have. Perfect for my jazz bass! Amazing workman ship and tone from these strings!
