12-52 Flatwound Stainless strings
These string are great for acoustics as well as electrics for removing finger noise when moving around the fretboard. A fantastic thing while recording. They may not be the brightest string out there if that is what you're into, personally I like a more mello bass-ish string tone and these are just that IMO. My only negative is if you do use them on an electric you are inable to perform pick scraps/slides as these are flat. You can play for hours and if you're trying to learn to do George Lynch style quick slides to mimic string bending... you'll want these! They are very fingertip friendly and joy to play. Compared to Chromes they feel lighter and easier to bend, where the Chromes are a bit heftier. I will be trying a set of the 12-56 flat wounds for my drop-tuned guitars.
