Great strings the only acoustic strings I'll buy period

Excellent strings for acoustic. I won’t string my guitars with anything else.

Excellent strings. Light gauge, but full sounding and a joy to play. For a working man with worn out hands, they allow me to play acoustic again without hands wearing out or sacrificing sound. Highly recommend them.

I put these on my Acoustasonic and they absolutely sing. I never got along with the 10 gauge strings since I go from 8s on my electrics. These play so well and sound great!

I put a set of these on my Fender FA-135CE Acoustic Electric as I was looking for something that would match the 9's on my Fender Strat. I could play F and B as Barre chords on my Strat, but couldn't get their easily on the acoustic even with 10's. These did the trick. The reduced gauge and tension results in lighter finger pressure required to play. They also allow to to have the action lowered. The intonation came in nicely with just a small neck and bridge adjustment (all performed by my local guitar tech). The sound is great (acoustic and plugged in), and now plays like a much more expensive guitar. If you are in doubt, buy and try - you won't be disappointed.

I've been searching for acoustic guitar strings that play like an electric. I have some issues with my hands as I'm getting older and stiff acoustic strings have been a real problem. I've tried several sets of "Extra Light" strings from other manufacturers but they were all still too stiff and squeaky. These strings just feel absolutely fantastic! I'm playing lead guitar riffs that I never thought I'd be comfortable playing on my acoustic. My fingers aren't hurting when I'm playing and it just feels nice to pick up my guitar and have it be so comfortable. As far as the sound goes, I think they really sound good. They aren't as full sounding as heavier gauge strings, that is true, but they are bright and clear sounding and when I go out and play places I'm always plugged in and I can just change the EQ on my guitar a bit to bring back a little of the that full sound. I highly recommend these strings!

This is what I have been waiting for. They are lighter gauge than the Elixir 10s (which I liked)I had been using and I can now play my acoustic like an electric without losing the acoustic sound. I have also added the 9.5 coated strings to my electric guitar ….nice. Thanks Curt
