Simply the best
If you care about how you sound (and you should) then get Curt Mangan strings for all your instruments. I use this flatwound 12-string set on an octave 12 and the result is shimmering highs that remain controlled both live and in the recording studio. Tuning is incredibly stable and the usable life is longer than a standard string as well...it's really a no-brainer!!!!

I have tried all the brands, all the gauges. These strings are by far the best I have ever used. Lighter gauge, yet that flat wound tone we all love. They sound great with compression. They have a customer for life
