How Are Round Core Strings Made?

This video was created to show you how are round core strings made?

We first start by installing round-shaped, tin-plated, high-carbon steel wire on to the ball-ending machine which has a special swaging tool installed. The swaging tool automatically creates a flat spot on the round wire so that the cover wire now has four points and for about a half of an inch to hang on to so that it can not unravel.
