10 to 38 pure nickel guitar strings
Awesome! Nice warm tone, I love them! I use Curt Mangan strings exclusively.
Just the right set
The 10-46 set previously reviewed are just the right match for my Casino. Ordered the 10-38 set to see how my Strat would sound with them. However...about a week ago I received my new Guild NS M-75 Aristocrat. The strings that came with the guitar didn't do it justice. So, after a set-up I finally put the 10-38's on it and what was a great sounding instrument to begin with is now what I believe is an instrument worthy of sitting in an orchestra. Most people would probably prefer a thicker gauge set for jazz on this type of guitar, (including myself), but it pays to experiment. After removing the original strings, I did put a heavier set on the Guild. But after playing it with those 11's, the low E string sounded strangled. Probably the nut needed a bit of work. But having Curts 10-38's handy, well this Guild is sounding like a million bucks. The harmonics jump off the fretboard and the feel is butter. Pick dynamics are almost too easy. This guitar is so sensitive, that different picks have been auditioned to achieve the best dynamic control. A wonderful guitar just got better with these pure nickel Mangans. Highly recommended

Professional player with over 30 years experience. Was looking for a replacement for the classic Fender 150's, which they no longer make. Not only were these strings the gauges I was looking for, but they feel and play better than any strings I have used. My Strats and Teles have never sounded better, I even put a set on my Gibson ES-347. I have been spreading the word, great product.
Pure Nickle strings are my favorite
I play a Gibson ES 345, I'm very particular about tone and until I played my first set of Curt Mangan's strings I would use any strings because I had never found any brand to be superior Til I played Curt Mangan's Pure Nickle strings.
