First off I would like to say your turnaround and customer service are excellent. I recieved my strings and was very pleased with the packaging and overall look of them. I realized I messed up on the gauges of the 6th, 5th, and 4th strings. The were to heavy my fault not yours. I put them on one of my strats and gave then a whirl anyway. Was blown away with the tone and playability of them! Great strings! I have been playing D'Addario strings for years I will now be switching exclusively to yours. Heading into the studio in February with my band "The Industrial Hippies" I will definatly be playing your strings. I am going to reorder the electric strings with correct gauges and also order acoustic strings as well. Great strings cool company keep up the good work! Tim Bailey
