I love the all the in-between gauges offered with Curt Mangan. You can really dial in the right tension and intonation for custom sets. I use this in standard and half step detune on the high string.

I’ve had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists. I don’t have the same strength in my hands. I had to start using lighter gauge strings. The 9.5 is perfect. Not as heavy as the 10s I was using but not too light as in a 9. The strings last a long time and have excellent tonal clarity and sustain.

I have ordered custom gauge set and I have to say these are by far the best strings on the market! To start with, they last much longer, sustain increases, you get rich harmonics and the tone is just spot on! Also great service! Thank you very much! Will be ordering soon again!
